1, The đàn bầu (Vietnamese: [ɗâːn ɓə̂w]; “gourd lute”; 彈匏) also đàn độc huyền (or độc huyền cầm 獨絃琴) is a Vietnamese stringed instrument, in the form of a monochord (one-string) zither.
2, The t’rung (đàn T’rưng) is a traditional bamboo xylophone used by the Jarai people and Bahnar people in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.[1] More complicated developments of the Jarai and Bahnar’s xylophone have become used in Vietnamese traditional music ensembles (known as the đàn T’rưng) representing the music of the highland minorities.
3, The đàn nhị (Vietnamese: [ɗâːn ɲîˀ], also called đàn cò, is a Vietnamese bowed string instrument with two strings. The word nhị means “two” in Vietnamese. Its sound box is generally covered on one end with snakeskin.
